This is a sampling of things that I have created. I create most images by using POV-Ray as a source. I use ImageMagick as my conversion program, and mpeg2encode from the MSSG to generate MPEG animations.

Still images

Fog Lake - JPEG (6K)
Fog Lake - PNG (26K)
POV-Ray 3.0, 640x480, 24-bit/greyscale - A mountain lake with morning fog. An experiment in multi-stage processing, the scene is actually based on a height field taken from a separate output.
Genesis Landing #142/150 - JPEG (23K)
Genesis Landing #142/150 - PNG (147K)
POV-Ray 3.0, 640x480, 24-bit/color - A surface craft sets down on an alien planet. Frame #142 of 150 from the "Genesis Landing" animation.

Animations

Genesis Landing
708K, POV-Ray 3.0, color MPEG-1 - 125 frames, 5 seconds. Linear playback. A surface craft sets down on an alien planet. Done as a concept-proof for a larger project still pending.
Spin
143K, POV-Ray 3.0, color MPEG-1 - 24 frames, ~1 second. Looped playback. Spinning glass cube, standing one one vertex. Counter-rotating white spheres. Mirror reflections and checkerboard.
Web
138K, POV-Ray 3.0, color MPEG-1 - 24 frames, ~1 second. Looped playback. Done for Darkweb MUSH, never used. A vaguely techno-ish spiderweb.
